Take that to the bank

I have absolutely no comprehension how it must feel to be in a place where your only source of nourishment is through your local food bank; to reach a point where the rug has been pulled from beneath you, your pride is through the floor and your stomach is painfully empty. Yet in the UK thousands of adults AND CHILDREN most certainly do. What a shameful country we live in right now. And it's only getting worse.

  1. It's a shocking situation...shameful is right. The continuing greed and lack of compassion among the super rich sickens me. Paul Carbuncle seems like a lovely and talented chappied, I was interested to see pics of him too.

    1. I was reading in the paper today about a hotel in London selling 'Golden Tips' tea at £500 a pot. Five hundred quid. For a pot of fucking tea. Food banks and Ferraris right there.

Paul's a nice fella. You'd like him. Come to Nottingham and I'll introduce you.

  2. It defies comprehension doesn't it. As I said on another post earlier this week, "something has gone horribly wrong".

    1. We've lost it. We've really lost it. I can't see a time when we can even begin to fix it, either. Politics is too polarised; there's no middle ground, no room for compromise. The swivel eyed loons on the right are becoming very dangerous. I'm really worried as to where all this is leading.
